Parking Lot-12 gets facelift

Three cars parked among many opened parking space beside trees in Parking Lot-12 on a sunny day.

CAMPUS:

Finding a parking spot may have just gotten easier.

Santa Ana College added 233 spaces, including seven for handicapped and 20 for staff at the west end of campus between Artesia Street and College Avenue.

Barricades still block the entrance to College Avenue and 17th Street because of construction of a new soccer field on a portion of the lot.

Funded by Measure E, the $7.5 million renovation and construction project will also include repairs to Dunlap Hall.
