The new Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich puts McDonald’s on the all-natural bandwagon.

The chicken has no preservatives and is served on an artisan roll with veggies. The sandwich has a garlicky taste with hints of parsley and salt that delight the taste buds.

The sandwich alone has about 360 calories, making it a healthy lunch option that has nearly 200 calories less than a Big Mac.
