You may not have heard of the mouth-watering feast that is House of Shabu-Shabu. With waiting times up to an hour, it’s the most popular of the surrounding Asian cafés in the Orange Tree Square Plaza in Irvine. Pots of water, spices, veggies and all-you-can-eat plates of meat are served for you to boil and devour. It’s about $30 per person including drinks for a unique dining experience that is fun and healthy.
