Hot Dog Heaven

The T.J. Street Dog at Linx incorporates familiar traditional Mexican flavors in hot dog form.

The chorizo mayonnaise gives it a slight kick while the giardiniera relish and cilantro cool the palette.

Crumbly bits of applewood smoked bacon top the dog. Bringing it together is the perfectly toasted potato roll, creating a moderately crunchy texture.
