Sterling Discriminates Against Every Color But Green

When Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling’s comments about minorities surfaced, there was confusion about how a racist could associate himself with a predominately black sport. The answer is simple: money knows no color.

In the U.S., when railroads needed constructing and crops needed picking, minorities were the first to be hired ahead of whites because their cheap labor offered a profit.

The NBA is no different when you substitute labor for skill.

Prejudice prevents building personal relationships, but it doesn’t prevent wise investments.
