Mayday March

By Rogelio Santana

The Orange County May Day Coalition will march to campaign for immigrant rights May 1.

The event, called “Families Without Borders, Human Rights Not Broken Ties,” focuses on discrimination faced by immigrants. The OCMDC was founded in 2011 and advocates the rights of those in the country without legal documents.

Activists and participants are meeting at Sasscer Park at 2 p.m. at Fourth and Ross streets for the two-mile march.
