By: Mitchell Welch

Come down to the Orange County Market Place’s eighth annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebration & Green Festival on March 16.

Attendees can enjoy green beer, lemonade and ice cream while watching the World Class Irish Dancers.

There will be worm composting, parades and eco-friendly cars on display to teach “green” environmental responsibility.

Admission is $2 for adults and free for children under 12. The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
