Mind Over Matter is the second album by Southern California indie-rock quartet Young the Giant.

The group put its best and most diverse tracks at the beginning of the record. The third track, Its About Time, stands apart from the rest with an edgier and less synthesized sound. Despite leading with the songs that best showcase the collection, by the time you get halfway through the album everything starts to sound the same.
