Block Party

By: Jocelyne Poblador

Starting Friday, the city of Orange celebrates world cultures with its 41st International Street Fair, including a new Australian addition.

Blues-playing pirates, surf rockers and ranchero bandas will grace eight stages in Old Towne Orange.

Artisans will sell jewelry, art, and plastic Viking helmets (that pair well with Aebleskiver, a traditional Danish dessert).

The fair runs 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to10 p.m.
