Getting the Skills to Pay the Bills

Fast food workers began striking in August to get paid $15 an hour– about twice the minimum wage in California. This is a lost cause. To even have a fighting chance, they need to lobby Congress for living wages. In life you don’t get what you want; you get who you are.

The key to sustainable income is skilled labor. You have to have the skills to pay the bills. Otherwise check the fries, because I think they’re burning.
