NAM

Santa Ana, Calif.

By Katie Porter

Stuffed with grilled pork, cucumber and mint and served with peanut sauce, Nam’s nem nuong cuon spring rolls almost burst out of the rice paper.

The banh mi sandwiches mix fresh Vietnamese vegetables with a choice of beef, chicken, pork or tofu on a fresh baguette.

The menu also has pho.

Nam gets bonus points for a 10-percent discount with student ID.

It is located across the street from campus in the Bristol Marketplace.
