Festive Drinks

BLOOD ORANGE COSMOPOLITAN

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 1/3 oz orange liqueur

• 2 oz vodka

• 3 oz blood orange juice

• 1 oz cranberry juice

In a shaker tin, mix sugar, ice and orange liqueur. Add vodka, blood orange juice and a splash of cranberry juice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

 

PECAN COFFEE

• 1 oz pecan liqueur

• fresh coffee

• 3/4 oz milk

• whipped cream

In a coffee mug, mix pecan liqueur with milk, then add freshly brewed coffee. Top with whipped cream.

 

PLUM MINT MARTINI

• 3/4 fresh sliced plum

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 4-5 fresh mint leaves

• 2 oz gin

• squeeze of fresh lemon

Mix plum, sugar and mint leaves in a shaker tin and muddle with ice. After adding gin and sugar, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

 

BUTTERSCOTCH COFFEE DREAM

• 3/4 oz Irish cream

• 3/4 oz butterscotch schnapps

• 1 oz coffee creamer

• 1 1/2 oz cold espresso

• whipped cream

Fill a short glass with ice and add Irish cream, butterscotch schnapps, creamer. Top with espresso and whipped cream.

 

GUINNESS VANILLA FLOAT

• 3/4 oz vanilla vodka

• 3/4 oz creme de cacao

• Guinness stout

• whipped cream

Fill a pint glass with vanilla vodka, creme de cacao and Guinness stout. Top with whipped cream.
