Food Trucks

By Alex Olivares

The O.C. Fair and Event Center is hosting the weekly Food Truck Fare by the Pacific Amphitheatre Box Office in Costa Mesa.

Vendors include Rajin’ Cajun which serves up Louisiana-inspired seafood, and The Lime Truck—winner of the Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race— which dishes out Asian and Mexican fusion meals like Ahi Tuna Poke Nachos, topped with edamame hummus.

The food trucks are open Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Admission is free.
