SAC Foundation offers textbook relief

By Eric Lomeli and Robert Wojtkiewicz,
 (elDon Co-Editors-in-Chief).

In a joint effort the Santa Ana College Foundation and the Associated Student Government will be raffling off Don Bookstore vouchers Thursday, Jan. 26.

The intent of the vouchers is to help students combat the rising cost of textbooks.

To be eligible for the $150 voucher, students must be enrolled in the district with at least nine units. The majority of these units must be at SAC. Up to 33 vouchers will be handed out, sponsored by the SAC Foundation.

Distribution for the voucher tickets will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. in the Quad on a first-come, first-served basis. The drawing for the vouchers is tentatively scheduled for 12:30 p.m.

There will also be free hot dogs and drinks while supplies last.
