Enrollment not a Win for Obama

Since the deadline for Obamacare arrived at the end of March, the president’s administration has been bragging about the 8 million Americans that bought healthcare instead of paying the penalty.

The number of Americans who purchased health coverage should not be considered any sort of accolade for the Affordable Care Act because signing up was mandatory.

When people are forced to participate, we shouldn’t lend credit towards the quality of insurance plans. In tough economies, Americans will choose the cheaper option.
