Water Supply Hits Record Low

Gov. Jerry Brown declared a drought emergency last month. California is dry, and there is not enough water to quench our thirst. Last winter was one of the driest on record. Residents cannot wait for state lawmakers to pass water conservation provisions.

Sacrifice is necessary to ease the pain of the drought. This is a state of emergency, and small things like taking shorter showers and watering your lawn less often can go a long way in preventing water from being rationed.
