M.I.A. is at it again, fusing genres and controversial lyrics to produce the perfect comeback album. Her new record, Matangi fuses dancehall, dubstep and techno.

The track Double Bubble Trouble begins with a reggae beat before a fast house dance vibe.

In Come Walk With Me, she leads with soft vocals but quickly picks up the tempo to a rapid club song with a Bollywood influence.

Many lyrics are controversial and political.

“Don’t go screaming if I blow you with a bang,” she raps on Bad Girls.
