Night spirit

LOCAL:

The 10th Annual Noche de Altares will take place Saturday, Nov. 3, on Fourth and Birch Streets, honoring one of Mexico’s traditional celebrations, “Dia de los Muertos” (Day of the Dead).

Decorated altars will be crafted to remember deceased relatives and historical figures.

There will also be live music, entertainment and art workshops.

Local restaurants stores and other vendors will sell their best dishes and crafts for the pleasure of attendees.

The festivities begin at 1 p.m. Admission is free.
