After a year of attempting to eat healthy and gearing up for a beach body, it’s time to let loose and enjoy the finer things in life.

With over 500 beers to choose from and sandwiches that melt in your mouth, Hollingshead’s takes top spot. Since 1963 this family-owned deli and bar has had crowds lining up outside the doors for signature sandwiches like the Hero that includes roast beef, baked ham and turkey breast on a French roll. The deli is located at 368 S. Main St. in Orange 92868.
EL PICO DE GALLO GRILL
Nestled on the edge of Floral Park, this Mexican restaurant is known for its inexpensive and traditional dishes like the Asada Con Camarones, a beefsteak with shrimp in a garlic sauce, served with jalapeno rice, beans and tortillas. Just three years after opening, it has become a major success and a go-to restaurant in the community. It’s located at 901 W. 17th St. in Santa Ana 92706.
TAQUERIA DE ANDA
The best Mexican food in Santa Ana is down the street from SAC at Taqueria De Anda. With meals costing little, students flock to the small restaurant with its delicious aroma of carne asada. Because it is so close to campus, it’s a great option for anytime of the year when you’re ballin’ on a budget. Located at the corner of Washington and Bristol in Santa Ana, the restaurant is open 24 hours.
