The hip-hop concert How The West Was Won returns to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre Oct. 11. Big-name acts for the show include E-40, Xzibit, Too Short and The Game. Headlining the event is rap legend Snoop Dogg, who will light up the stage with classics like Drop It Like It’s Hot and Gin and Juice.

This is the tour’s second year, which met with success last year, when the 16,000 seat venue in Irvine filled to capacity.

Ice Cube will skip this year’s events.

The event will be the amphitheater’s last show of the season before it closes for the winter.
