Herbal Remedy

By Joanna Meza

A new supplement marketed as a “safe alternative to Adderall” and endorsed by the college’s Don Bookstore came into stock May 14.

This product did not need to be approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration because it is not a requirement for supplements.

“It’s perfectly legal,” said Sarah Mathot, instructor for nutrition and foods.
