Transgender to Speak on Gender Binaries

Hear how it’s like to live as a trangender in America Wednesday with Defying the Gender Binary: Transgender Identity.

The department of Sociology, Anthropology and Women’s Studies will host guest speaker Darya to discuss the intricacies involved with being a transgendered person in modern times.

The presentation will be held on Oct. 2nd in Room 101 of Dunlap Hall. Darya will speak from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. and will take questions from the audience after.
