Nomination for the Aspen Prize

ASPEN PRIZE / el Don

Santa Ana College has been invited to compete for the Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence, in which only 15 percent of community colleges nationwide are invited to compete. Aspen Prize recognizes high achievement among America’s community colleges.

The nominated institutions represent exceptional results in students learning, certificate and degree completion, employment, earnings and high success for minority and low-income students.

“Santa Ana College is deeply committed to improving our student retention, progress, and completion outcomes,” SAC President Dr. Linda Rose said. “As we launch Guided Pathways, we will consistently develop and implement strategies to build on our commitment to students.”

The finalists for the 2021 Aspen Prize will be known in 2020.
