The district’s Faculty Association has elected five RSCCD members to its Executive Board.

Four Santa Ana College teachers make up the electees, including astronomy professor Steve Eastmond,  English professor Raymond Hicks, chemistry professor Jeffrey McMillan and criminal justice professor George Wright. History and Political Science teacher Narges Rabii-Rakin will represent the board for Santiago Canyon College.

Wright joins the nine person board as a replacement for SAC chemistry professor Michael Kelcher, who died last October. The others are current executives that have been re-elected for two-year terms.

The FARSCCD represents 320 full time teachers from SAC, SCC, Centennial Education Center, and the Orange Education Center.
