Forward Damian Marquez led the Dons to their second win Sept. 7, over the visiting Oxnard Condors, scoring his first two goals of the season.
“Before the game I talked to Damian and he told me today felt special,” Head Coach Jose Vasquez said.
The Dons defense was tough, holding the Condors to only six attempts.
“Our defense played strong and smart today,” Defender Manuel Gomez said.
The Dons next home game is against Los Angeles Harbor on Sept. 18, at 1 p.m.—Shane Collins
