President Erlinda Martinez will allocate a significant amount of Measure Q funds to replace pipes around campus.
Other priorities include renovating Russell Hall and Johnson Center, Martinez said. Plans also contain a central plant to conserve energy and reduce utility bills.
Planned infrastructure improvements will cost about $20 to $40 million, district officials said.
