Apple celebrates its fourth decade by unveiling the iPhone SE.
The phone runs the same A9 chip as the iPhone 6s, but inside a four inch screen.
The iPhone SE comes in two configurations-a 16-gig starting at $399 and the 64-gig, at $499.
In addition to having the same the features as the iPhone 6s, Apple vice president Greg Joswiak listed some improvements, including a longer battery life, a higher quality camera and 50 percent faster cellular data speed.
The new phone is offered in either silver, space gray, gold and rose gold, with pre-orders beginning on March 24 and shipments starting on March 31.
