In college, the weekend starts on Thursday and there are always new events happening in and outside of Orange County to help get you through it. Every week, we’ll comb through local and regional event calendars and drop our suggestions for what to do here, just in time for you to get started on your weekend:

Paleo Nutrition Class
Many new diets and quick ways to lose weight have become available, but some are hard to follow and cook at home. Attending  a paleo nutrition class  can help create a healthier lifestyle that you can bring home with you. The paleo diet consists of only eating meat, fish, vegetables and fruit, and excludes dairy, grain products and processed food. This can be hard to implement into your everyday cooking on your own, which is why this class will be a great start to a fresh and healthy way of living.
