Attain faster Internet access on your smart phone in student parking areas with the freshly added Wi-Fi points on campus. To sign on, make sure to use the SAC-student Wi-Fi label only.

CLUB RUSH

Interested in free dances, movie marathons and talent shows? Then stop by and explore activity possibilities at the Club Rush on Sept. 18 and 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Clubs help you participate in public forums, road trips, conventions and community events. Representatives from the American Sign Language, Psychology, Social Science, Environmental, I.D.E.A.S. clubs and more will be on hand to provide information about their organizations in front of the SAC fountain.

QUIRKY CAFÉ

Showcasing local music, comedy and poems, the Gypsy Den on North Broadway Street is now offering a 20-percent discount for Santa Ana locals every Sunday night starting at 6 p.m.

WOOD WORK

Intricate constructions in wood by artist and furniture maker John Cederquist will be on view in the Main Art Gallery today through Nov. 1. John Cederquist: Pictorial Illusions features 18 sculptures with painted surfaces creating illusionistic effects using perspective and depth. The artist’s work reflects the influence of diverse sources from Japanese Ukiyo-e woodblock prints to Popeye cartoons. Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Thursday evenings 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
